Last Friday, our monthly Holland FinTech meetup took place at business consulting firm Synechron, and was organized by Holland FinTech with twelve startups pitching their ideas. All start-ups were recent graduates of Startupbootcamp’s Fintech & Cybersurity global growth program, and showcased their ideas at Rabobank’s headquarters the day before the meetup.
Don Ginsel, the founder and CEO of Holland Fintech, opened the event and welcomed the attendees followed by a welcoming speech from our host, Synechron.
Up next were the pitching start-ups:
- Dolphin Blockchain Intelligence (Russia)
- FinCom (Israel)
- Gyomo (USA)
- Hatch (Great Britain)
- KlippaCast (Netherlands)
- OpSeeker (Spain)
- Penstable (Denmark)
- Stampwallet (Curacao, NL)
- Treasury Delta (Ireland)
- Vision Tech Lab (Portugal)
- Westgate (Great Britain)
- FinBase (Netherlands)
The start-ups presented a great variety of services and solutions, ranging from cybersecurity and compliance to pensiontech and customer loyalty.
Next to their pitches, the start-ups also announced new partnerships and investments committed in the recent period. Attendees had the opportunity to challenge the speakers in a short Q&A session at the end of every pitch, thereby providing valuable feedback and interesting insights.
Guests included Holland Fintech members, partners and investors. There was great interest among the audience for the ideas presented, with the intention to create future collaborations. This was further facilitated by the final part of the meetup that dedicated time for networking and drinks.
