Mollie customers can now use Klarna payment options

As of October 9th, 2018, the Swedish e-commerce PSP’s payment solutions will be available as standard offerings to the over 55,000 web shops that use Mollie. Specifically, Mollie web shop customers in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Finland will have Klarna’s “try before you buy” functionality embedded in the payments options offered by Mollie. In Germany and Finland, Klarna’s “Slice it” feature is also available. This feature allows shoppers to pay for items in monthly instalments.
Mollie, a Dutch PSP, had received many requests to add Klarna’s payment options to its offerings, said Adriaan Mol, founder of Mollie, further stating that “with this partnership, not only the customer gets maximum convenience and flexibility, but the entrepreneur as well.”
Klarna CEO Michael Rouse said that he has always been impressed with Mollie, their innovative platform, “and the efficient and smart e-commerce solutions that are constantly being developed”.
