Although Money20/20 is over, our Amsterdam Fintech Week (XFW) is still going strong! XFW assembles various fintech events held during the week of Money20/20, where many of the world’s most innovative fintech and financial services minds assemble. Below is an overview of what XFW has in store for tomorrow, 6 June.
Panel Discussion with European Investors
What: This event, hosted at Baker & McKenzie and organised by Crosspring and Softlanding, features a discussion with European investors on investments and how companies can succeed in Europe.

Fintech & Cybersecurity Fastrack
What: Hosted at Startupbootcamp’s Amsterdam office, this event features pitches from promising companies vying for spots in Startupbootcamp’s FinTech & CyberSecurity programme. The day will also feature a panel discussion with Holland FinTech CEO Don Ginsel, author David Birch, and BankiFi founder Conny Dorrestijn, who will let the audience in on what they took from Money20/20.

What: Organised by Holland FinTech, this event will be held at the offices of NIBC Bank and will give attendees an understanding of what’s going on in fintech, and within the Holland FinTech network.

Crowdfunding 2.0: How to Raise Funds with A Security Token Offering (STO)
What: Hosted by the Van Doorne law firm, this event is geared towards those curious about STOs: what they are, and their advantages and disadvantages as a means of financing.

Digital Identity Startup Accelerator Launch
What: This is the grand opening of Plug and Play Amsterdam, a start-up accelerator, and features pitches from the 11 start-ups in the programme, a keynote, and a panel discussion.

Where: Tobacco Theater
What: This event is organised by VBIN, OlinData, and Amazon Web Services and features talks on outsourcing in the cloud under PSD2, Amazon Web Services and fintech, and compliance in the cloud. The session also has a networking component.

Bizcuit’s Soccer Event
What: Who doesn’t enjoy a little bit of “footy”?! This event is organised by digital business administrative outfit Bizcuit and gathers all those XFW attendees who want to watch the night’s soccer match between the Netherlands and England.
