SMBs are underserved by banks. As a result they are turning to alternative providers to help them with these needs. This is one of the conclusions drawn by he latest research from 11:FS. This week they released a report focused on designing digital services for the SMB industry. Though initially focused on the US, lessons learned can be applied locally as well. The research is based on expert interviews as well as over 1000 quantative intervoews with SMB’s with less than 20 employees.
