In the partnership, BDO will use its knowledge in structuring finance and advising in the field of financing requests in combination with fintech company Capsearch’s platform, which brings together entities looking for financing with entities offering financing.

Recognising that banks are no longer the only place SMEs can go for financing, BDO and Capsearch came together to make the financing request process more efficient, reducing times from request to financing.

Arjan Buis, CEO and co-founder of Capsearch, says that, “The number of providers [for financing] has significantly risen over the last few years and there are also more and more forms of financing,” going on to acknowledge that, “BDO knows the financing landscape and advises their clients on the best possible means of  financing. We’re proud to make a contribution to this end with our platform.”
