What you'll be doing

• You will be part of the team responsible for the operational accountabilities for our three revenue generating teams globally
• Actively participating in initiatives to improve our internal processes and procedures
• Lead initiatives to develop, or enhance, system functionality and reporting
• Ensure initiatives align with business goals and processes are maintained to meet service and quality standards
• Define KPIs and analyse results on an ongoing basis to identify optimisation opportunities
• Provide operational support as needed to the Global Operational team

A little bit about you, starting with the 'must-haves'

• Practical experience with SQL is a must!
• Confidence to influence and drive effective decision-making with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Effective communicator as you’ll be engaging with stakeholders across our 5 locations
• Strong preference to have experience with Python, or at least a strong interest to learn it
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities and assignments concurrently

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Excel & PowerBI is an advantage
• Financial, banking and/or payment industry experience with progressively increasing responsibility would be advantageous
• Lean / Six Sigma Certification
• Business Analysis Certification (e.g. BCS, IIBA CBAP)
• Business Process Management Certification (e.g. AIIM BPM Certificate)
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience in operations or business process improvement
