Key Responsibilities:
- Specialized Expertise: Bring expertise in areas such as Corporate Strategy/M&A, Transformation, Digital/Data and AI, Cost and Productivity, with a focus on Aftermarket, Front Office, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
- Strategic Vision: Craft strategies and plans that support clients in realizing their vision, navigating competitive landscapes, and creating shareholder value.
- Industry and Functional Insight: Demonstrate a deep understanding of industrial and automotive industry fundamentals, market dynamics, company operations, and key financial metrics.
- Innovative Solutions: Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach, leveraging industry knowledge and functional expertise.
- Collaborative Leadership: Lead focused strategy work and larger-scale cross-functional engagements, collaborating directly with and managing client teams.
- Digital Transformation: Apply the latest digital technologies and approaches to drive sustainable value for clients.
- C-Level Relationships: Establish strong credibility and cultivate relationships at the C-level through exceptional outcomes, effective communication, persuasive narratives, and collaborative teamwork.
- Global Network Collaboration: Navigate the global Accenture network effectively, leveraging expertise to generate valuable executive insights and contribute to client business development.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA from a leading program preferred.
