The work
As an Infrastructure Technical Support Analyst you are mainly supporting our users at our Amsterdam offices. You will be responsible for: the second line IT support, preparing workstations for new joiners, replacing laptops, reporting hardware failures to the suppliers, carrying out simple hardware repairs/replacement, processing support requests and charging services to internal teams.
People You will work in a team of Technical Support employees who are helping our business with all technical related questions and supporting workstations.

Besides you are resolving tickets and work with hardware that needs to be replaced.
