Then the position of Risk Consulting Manager is the challenge you are looking for!

• People You are an excellent communicator and can easily develop relations at different levels in the organization with a key focus on relationships with the CRO and his / her direct reports. Primarily you will work at client sites in the Netherlands, but you are flexible to work internationally.

• Processes As a Manager in our Risk practice, you are involved in business transformation projects that touch the core of our clients’ risk operations. You support banking clients in developing, implementing, or improving their risk and modeling strategy. You will optimize client risk processes and technologies, such origination and monitoring, model development lifecycle, regulatory compliance and support the risk organization to increase compliance. You will be involved in analyzing complex issues and implementation of a solution.

Next to that, you will lead opportunity identification and business development within our practice, including development of relevant industry offerings and positioning them at our clients and taking ownership to develop and close business opportunities at new and existing clients. You will also and act as a steward in growing our people in the Consulting practice: inspiring your team(s) to deliver the best every day and develop their careers through coaching, training and leadership. On projects you will work with a wide variety of experts (e.g. technology, applied intelligence, transformation, change).

You will be part of the Risk & Compliance (R&C) team with a focus on the Credit risk area. The team is a highly skilled and motivated team. The R&C team is a global group of Risk and Compliance experts providing Strategy & Consulting services to financial services institutions.
