Job description:
As a Quant Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our data & analytics strategy, leveraging and optimizing our existing data architecture. Key responsibilities include streamlining data ingestion, integrating relevant (big) data sources, collaborating with the business on decision-making, analyzing complex datasets, developing machine learning models, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of the digitalization vision within Private Equity.
• Enhance data pipelines, visualizations (graphs), and analytical tools for increased professionalism.
• Conduct thematic research with a quantitative focus on pertinent topics to evaluate the impact on the investment portfolio.
• Transform research findings into robust analytics with minimal maintenance requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher with high distinction in quantitative methods, mathematics, or a related statistical/data-oriented field from a top-tier school.
• Relevant experience as a quant developer or quantitative analyst.
• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Dash).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Long-term value creation mindset: broad-minded, innovative, forward-thinking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptability and willingness to address a diverse range of demands.
• Profound knowledge of English language.
• Willing to undertake occasional regional travel.
