The Client Configuration team is a multicultural team based in Denmark, Singapore and India. Our primary function is configuration and maintenance of our Partners, which includes Brokers, White Label (WLC), Money Manager (MM) and Introducing Broker (IB) clients. The team supports stakeholders across the organization and handles day-to-day changes for our Partners.

Job Responsibility :

• To take the ownership in both complex and noncomplex projects around future business development
• To drive development and system enhancements for systems owned by the team including design specifications, testing, go-live verification, and hyper-care
• To drive process improvements with focus on enhancing the client experience and automation
• To facilitate onboarding and maintenance of complex partners
• To act as Product Owner where applicable
• To be a system owner of systems owned by the team
• To perform UAT and provide sign off in connection to system enhancements
• To support handling of team’s CRM queue for incoming client requests, meeting defined SLAs where set
• To configure and maintain 15+ commercial profiles such as commission, margin, interest, custody fee, risk profile, in line with documented process and conforming to 4 eyes principle
• To handle team’s CRM doublecheck queue
• To act as a true team player
• To represent and sign off on behalf of Client Configuration in all projects around future business development (i.e. new products/partners/services)
• To reject non scalable solutions
• To update WINs and change procedures in line with business needs and developments
• To perform all double checks
• To embrace the seven virtues and the rules of engagement as outlined in the Saxo Bank Corporate Statement

Skill Required :

• Good communication and ample financial market and Product Knowledge
• Knowledge of Financial Market, Capital Market, Investment Market and Trade Life Cycle
