Department description:
Join our Bid&Solution Team! We are a group of specialists supporting key bid projects. With us you will have the opportunity to work with the best experts from Poland, Germany, India and other Capgemini countries. As a Sales Operations Analyst/Consultant you will be part of the local Bid Team and part of the virtual Sales Operations team of Capgemini Germany.
Your future tasks:
- as an employee of Sales Operations, you maintain daily sales funnel & organize weekly funnel calls to monitor the entire lifecycle of our deals from the idea to closure;
- you ensure timely cost and budget booking in accordance with applicable processes and binding financial standards;
- you support Management in monthly sales forecast preparation and achievement;
- you deal with numbers as well as contractual aspects of entrepreneurial activity, both with equal intensity;
- you work on the reporting and budgeting of important sales KPIs such as purchase orders, sales and margins at unit and account level;
- you act as an interface between few departments like sales, finance and delivery; your work results are visible both in the group and in individual projects;
- you work in the Sales Operations team and together with Shared Services on projects for the further development or optimization of systems and processes.

Our requirements:
- degree in economics or a comparable qualifications;
- fluent in English and have a good command of German;
- well versed in MS Office and in particular excellent knowledge of Excel;
- quick understanding of complex relationships, good analytical skills and a special affinity for numbers;
- reliable, self-disciplined, organized and have advanced skills of analytical thinking and problem solving;
- you work independent with a high-quality standard and focus on deadlines;
- experience in a similar position.
