Department description:

Join our Bid&Solution Team! We are a group of specialists supporting key bid projects. With us you will have the opportunity to work with the best experts from Poland, Germany, India and other Capgemini countries. As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be part of the local Bid Team and part of the virtual Sales Team of Capgemini Germany. As a Sales Operation Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for monitoring support of financial operations and KPI’s for global account.

Your future tasks:

• supporting the monitoring of cash KPI’s;
• control and maintenance of the dashboards;
• supporting the implementation of new processes and improvement actions;
• support in preparation of analysis;
• cooperation with Sales team in planning and variance analysis;
• optimization of the tools supporting the reporting and planning;
• preparing the presentations for Management Staff;
• cooperational work with Capgemini systems.

Our requirements:

• minimum a bachelor’s degree in economics or a comparable qualification;,
• you are fluent in German and have a good command of English;,
• you know MS Office very well, and in particular excellent knowledge of Excel;,
• you have experience in Controlling or Finance;
• you are reliable, self-disciplined, organized and have advanced skills of
• analytical thinking and problem solving;
• quick understanding of complex relationships, good analytical skills, and a special affinity for numbers;
• independent work with a high-quality standard.
