About the team:

The Administrative Support team is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the company in terms of organization as well as information flow between the main offices in Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdansk.

Your future tasks:

• organizational support of the events, internal and external meetings, client visits, management meetings, integration meetings, workshops (onsite and off-site);
• preparation of reports, protocols, analyses, minutes, in accordance with current needs;
• creation of communication, surveys, presentations;
• comprehensive support for the department director in the following areas: calendar management, organization and settlement of business trips, organization of internal meetings, organization of the department;
• support in the onboarding process of new department employees;
• cooperation with other company’s departments;
• cooperation with other team members in the onboarding of the new employees, knowledge sharing, replacements during holidays, etc.;

Our Requirements:

• commitment to tasks performed and the ability to prioritize them;
• ability to think creatively and be flexible;
• ability to work multi-threaded in limited time;
• ability to analytically approach challenges;
• great interpersonal skills;
• fluent knowledge of English (min. B2);
• knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).

Nice to have:

• basic knowledge of German.
