About the department:

The SAP Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect in the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S / 4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems.

Our architects and senior consultants take part in the bid process and designing IT solutions for our customers.

We deliver the projects in the strict cooperation with SAP Technology Department and other SAP and non-SAP practices in different countries, especially in Germany.

Capgemini project portfolio covers all industries whereas we focus mainly on big, international customers.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years in the SAP ecosystem, showcasing a robust understanding of core SAP processes, including expertise in deltas for S/4. The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of entire logistics and/or financial processes and demonstrate hands-on experience in SAP configuration. Proven proficiency in managing system migrations, coupled with a track record of successfully defining project scopes in collaboration with clients through workshops, design, and estimation, is essential.

The ideal candidate goes beyond the mandatory requirements by exhibiting strong leadership skills. High level of proficiency in the English is a must. Knowledge of the German and/or Dutch would be considered a valuable asset, enhancing the ability to engage with clients in diverse linguistic environments. Overall, the ideal candidate is a dynamic professional who combines managerial acumen with a strong command of SAP processes and is adaptable to the complexities of SAP projects.

Your future tasks:

• creation of strategy and plan for transformation of core SAP processes;
• coordination and execution of S/4 transformation process;
• translating of customer requirements to the S/4 capabilities;
• customer face representing the team to the customer.

Our Requirements:

• minimum 10 years of professional experience in the SAP ecosystem;
• strong proficiency in at least one of the main processes (modules) of SAP, including deltas for S/4;
• solid understanding of the entire logistics and/or financial process and SAP configuration;
• experience in system migrations;
• experience in defining project scope in collaboration with the client - workshops, design, estimation;
• managerial experience;
• proficient command of the English language.

Nice to have:

• experience in the full migration cycle to S/4, specifically brownfield type migrations;
• experience in creating proposals for clients;
• proficiency in the German and/or Dutch language.
