About the role:

For our Client from financial sector we are looking for enthusiastic people who will support a dynamic, high availability environment with great variety of modern services and tools.
Once you are part of the Infrastructure team, you will have an opportunity to play a crucial role in designing, implementing, maintaining and automation of robust IT infrastructure and use rest of the time to learn new technologies using our internal learning platform.
Currently we are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join a team providing L2/L3 for our customer.

Your future tasks:

• Administration of customer’s applications
• Performing changes and tasks according to standardized as well as non-standard operating procedures
• Handling incidents and major incidents according to agreed SLAs
• Planning & applying patches and system upgrades
• Working on production tools Infra component upgrades
• Support release updates
• Documentation maintenance

Our Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Windows Server
• Hands on experience with Middleware technologies (Apache / Tomcat / Jboss…)
• Readiness for on-call duties
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UC4 Scheduler
• Experience with scripting (Powershell)
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Knowledge of IBM ILMT
• Knowledge of Lansweeper
