Our Requirements:

• First experience as an accountant,
• Knowledge of German and English at B2 levels,
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail,
• Open to further development in different accounting areas,
• A degree in economics, finance, or a related field is welcomed.

Your future tasks:

• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and ensuring proper coding before processing payments,
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions using the ERP system (SAP) within AP/OTC areas,
• Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable balances with vendor statements and customer accounts,
• Addressing payment-related inquiries from customers (via e.g., Zendesk),
• Preparing regular reports summarizing financial activities,
• Spotting possible process improvements and either leading or assisting in adjustments.
