We are looking to engage with Director level people whose principle responsibility will be to lead the conversion of our most exciting and high-profile opportunities into iconic wins, and then to lead our teams delivering the solution. Reporting to Practice Management within the one of our fast-growing Practices, you will collaborate with our industry experts in Sector and Account management teams to qualify, shape and secure new business, and to deliver outstanding results to our clients.
We have an on-going need for this capability and candidates will be considered for all business functional areas as outlined below.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Having the right people using the right methodology and following the right process is key to ensuring every client gets the right outcome.
Working for Capgemini, you will be running technology enabled transformation assignments across multiple sectors and managing programmes of varying size and degrees of complexity.
Depending on your specific skills and experience, you will be involved in delivery across technologies ranging from package-based products (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday), custom developed solutions, Cloud and SaaS deliveries and will be responsible for the full range of programme delivery activities including business change streams. As an acknowledged expert, you will be comfortable building senior stakeholder relationships, and you will find yourself working closely with clients, mentoring and guiding them through their roles.

Your role
- Assist in the qualification of major deals in your area of expertise
- Build and lead teams from across Capgemini UK (spanning Consulting, Development and Support) and our global business to shape and secure significant new business.
- Lead the engagement with internal and external partners in deals
- Lead the delivery of the deals we secure, working with teams formed from across the Capgemini business and our alliance partners
- Represent Capgemini at senior levels within our clients’ organisations, building personal and corporate credibility and confidence
- Represent Capgemini externally with an active industry profile
- Actively support the continuing evolution and application of our delivery strategies, notably Agile and RightshoreTM delivery

Your skills and experience
- A commercial focus, with a good understanding of solution and service deals
- Ambition to exceed targets and expectations.
- Gravitas to interact as a peer at Exec Management level in client companies and comfortable working at senior level within complex organisations
- A proven track record of technology solution delivery combining digital technologies, custom software development and systems integration and API enablement. Direct experience of the application and exploitation of Agile and DevOps delivery processes and techniques is key. Direct experience of distributed delivery, ideally with India
- First class and compelling presentation and communication skills
- A proven track record of forming creative and business winning client propositions
- A leader in the practical application of Agile and distributed delivery
- Strong and motivational team leader, capable of enthusing and directing teams to undertake complex activities against challenging commitment
- Sales-driven mentality and dynamism with the hunger to succeed and capability of selling a number of combined IT and non-IT services
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
