Roles and responsibilities:

System Design and Architecture: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and develop the Informatica MDM system, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and IT standards.

• Development and Implementation: Develop and deploy new features and functionality to the Informatica MDM platform, including data models, Match and Merge, and user interfaces.
• Integration and Interoperability: Integrate the Informatica MDM system with other enterprise applications through batch, Realtime and Message queue, to enable seamless data exchange.
• Data Governance and Stewardship: Implement robust data governance policies and processes, including data quality management, data security, and access control measures.
• Performance Optimization: Analyse system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to ensure the Informatica MDM platform operates at peak efficiency.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, configuration details, and operational procedures. Share knowledge and best practices with the broader team.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other subject matter experts to ensure the Informatica MDM system meets organizational requirements and delivers maximum value.
• Develop business-driven solutions using Informatica and PL/SQL
• Collaborate with various business and technical teams to identify and resolve requirements
• Define and document complex Technical design/requirements
• Performs analysis, configuration, programming, and write technical specifications
• Assist in efforts on establishing corporate guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) development and implementation using Informatica Multidomain MDM or Hosted MDM v10.x.
• Proficient in Informatica MDM technologies, like Match-Merge, Provisioning, Java User Exit, BES external calls, Message queue, knowledge of SIF APIs.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration, and data quality management concepts.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Experience in designing and implementing data governance and data stewardship processes using Provisioning tool and C360.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Informatica Multidomain MDM or Hosted MDM v10.x.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with code deployment and migration processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Informatica Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Data Quality or Cloud Application Integration modules of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) will be considered as an advantage.
• 5+ years of development experience in Informatica and PL/SQL
• Knowledge of SSRS, SSIS and control is preferred
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with various stakeholders
• Demonstrable ability to work on large cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to organize prioritize and dive to detail
