About the role:

This role is an opportunity for people with F&A or FP&A experience to join a friendly and supportive team and to develop in the financial controlling area.
Financial Controller has responsibility for planning and coordinating all financial reporting according to Group timelines. Can be also responsible for reporting to Group Finance and to external auditors and providing ad hoc financial analysis to Group Finance. Operating as a Finance specialist supporting small and medium sized finance exercises. Will contribute to the transformation agenda and recognizes the importance of building a strategic mindset as well as being able to deliver. Able to act on their own initiative with respect to the main perimeter of their role. Knows when to seek guidance/escalate. Able to organize development for self and junior team members.

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Reporting, F&A or FP&A
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
• Strong analytical skills
• People skills (clear communication, ability to empathize with colleagues and clients, building professional relationships)
• Proactiveness
• Growth mindset
• Attention to detail
• Task management.

Your future tasks:

• Liaise with local finance and operations on actual and forecast reporting
• Reporting consolidation
• HFM reporting
• Allocation management (calculation, invoicing, true-up, alignment with local finance)
• Support the budgeting process
• Ensure compliance, consistency, integrity, quality and timeliness of financial reporting
• Maintenance of the reporting file and other financial records
• Cooperation with Group Finance, HR, accounting, procurement, and business stakeholders
• Ad-hoc and nonstandard tasks and analytics.
