Bilingual Technical Business analyst

We are looking for our next Business Analyst requiring a very strong understanding of global flow, the ability to perform project management tasks such as coordination, risk/action tracking, and reporting, as well as autonomy, responsibilities could include:

1. Demonstrating a deep understanding of global flow dynamics, including supply chain management, logistics, or similar processes.
2. Taking ownership of project management tasks, including coordinating activities across teams or departments, tracking risks and actions, and generating reports to stakeholders.
3. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, proactively identifying, and addressing issues, and driving projects forward independently when necessary.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with organizational goals.
5. Utilizing project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
6. Communicating effectively with stakeholders at various levels to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns related to global flow and project management.
7. Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization within global flow processes and project management practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering education.
• English level B2
• 3 + years of experience as a Business analyst and solid global flow understanding, Jira, Agile methodologies, confluence, and SAFE framework.
• Ability to perform Project Management (coordination, risk/action tracking, reporting)
• Autonomy is a must-have.
