About the project:

Our Client is one of the leading manufacturers of hearing aid devices. As a Test Manager, you can integrate your skills by working together with other test managers, test and development engineers, and project managers to verify the hearing performance of the embedded software of our hearing devices. By mastering state-of-the-art tools and agile processes, you can confidently operate in a fast-evolving and interdisciplinary R&D environment.

Your future tasks:

• Plan and coordinate test activities within the team, define test strategies and report status to the relevant stakeholders
• Responsible for the execution of the defect management process
• Create and deliver the product test documentation and assure regulatory compliance
• Support test engineers during test and verification activities
• Close collaboration with test managers of interfacing products, project managers, engineers and experts in relation to testing activities
• Contribute to continuous improvements of testing practices, processes, tools and the test environment

Our Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
• Several years of professional work experience in test management, test engineering or product development, preferably in a regulated industry
• Analytical and result-oriented team player with a high level of critical thinking, problem-solving and the ability to effectively integrate information from various disciplines and stakeholders
• Passion for testing and quality, systematic, precise and proactive working attitude and good communication skills Fluent in English
• A professional background in acoustics or audiology would be a strong plus German is a plus
