Capgemini is seeking a Business Analyst
- Understand Business Problems:
- Bridge gap between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Combine business and technology/product knowledge.
- Contribute to ideation and create ideation packs.
- Define problem statements and business objectives.
- Define and manage backlog based on customer/colleague needs.
- Secure stakeholder agreement and iterate development.
- Focus on customer outcomes in operational design.
- Explain and document operational impacts and models.
- Manage development iterations and stakeholder agreements.
- Resolve design issues and ensure requirement traceability.
- Develop initial acceptance criteria and support design teams.
- Communicate technology changes and impacts.
- Support business readiness and process optimization.
- Align and consolidate stakeholder views.
- Balance value, risk, suitability, and customer experience.
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
- Provide Expertise and Best Practices:
- Offer guidance on process, technology, and regulation.
- Lead by example in design and issue resolution.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business processes and technology.
