Capgemini is seeking a Business Analyst

• Understand Business Problems:
• Bridge gap between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Combine business and technology/product knowledge.
• Contribute to ideation and create ideation packs.
• Define problem statements and business objectives.
• Define and manage backlog based on customer/colleague needs.
• Secure stakeholder agreement and iterate development.
• Focus on customer outcomes in operational design.
• Explain and document operational impacts and models.
• Manage development iterations and stakeholder agreements.
• Resolve design issues and ensure requirement traceability.
• Develop initial acceptance criteria and support design teams.
• Communicate technology changes and impacts.
• Support business readiness and process optimization.
• Align and consolidate stakeholder views.
• Balance value, risk, suitability, and customer experience.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
• Provide Expertise and Best Practices:
• Offer guidance on process, technology, and regulation.
• Lead by example in design and issue resolution.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business processes and technology.
