Our Data, Research & Evaluations colleagues within Capgemini Invent specialize in data-driven, strategic policy advice for the public sector. You help international and Dutch clients in providing and implementing strategic policy advice. You lead policy research projects and translate data into useful insights, to improve the quality and effectiveness of policy

• You manage policy studies for the European Commission, ministries, executive agencies organizations and other (regional) government bodies.
• You use innovate research methods, both quantitative and qualitative, to prepare, adopt, implement and evaluate government policies.
• You have experience in managing Framework Contracts (FWC) for the European Commission or large national projects in the field of carrying out impact assessments and evaluations.
• You have knowledge in one or multiple digital policy areas, such as Open and Shared Data, Artificial Intelligence, eGovernment, Digital Skills, Cybersecurity, Smart Cities, Industry 5.0, or the European Green Deal.

Our Data, Research & Evaluations professionals are part of Capgemini Invent's Data Strategy & Factory team. This team consists of a group of enthusiastic data-minded consultants with a passion for strategic issues. Data is always central to our projects and solutions. As a team we keep each other sharp, we frequently share knowledge and we are always there for each other. The team is largely self-organizing and always willing to work together to deliver that little bit extra to the customer. What else are you bringing?

• +/- 10 years of experience at a consultancy firm or research institution focused on the public sector, or a role within government.
• In-depth knowledge of (policy) research methods, with a proven ability to quickly analyze complex issues and generate innovative insights and solutions preferably in digital policy.
• Thought leadership. You strengthen Capgemini Invent as a leading consultancy firm, for instance by presenting projects during conferences, workshops and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Team spirit. You have shown that you can work well with others to achieve the best results, for example with colleagues from different teams and consortium partners.
• An excellent command of the English language, especially for writing convincing research reports, public tenders and presentations. For this role you should be based in the Netherlands. Dutch language proficiency is beneficial.
