Title: IVR Developer
Location: Multiple Locations (Charlotte, Chandler, New Jersey, Minneapolis, Denver, Dallas, Des Moines)
Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This position involves working on various project and platform implementations, providing product support, and resolving issues related to Routing IVR changes, queue management, data integrations, and CRM integrations. The ideal candidate will also support ongoing work and contribute to the development of our innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Project and Platform Implementations: Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements for our platforms.
  • Product Support and Issue Resolution: Provide top-tier support for our products, including diagnosing and resolving issues, implementing prevention plans, and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Routing IVR Changes: Manage and implement changes in the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems to optimize routing and improve customer experience.
  • Queue Management and Data Integrations: Ensure efficient queue management and integration of data across various systems and platforms.
  • CRM Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Agile/Scrum Participation: Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

  • JavaScript: Minimum of 5 years of experience in JavaScript development.
  • Cloud Technologies: At least 1 year of experience with Google Cloud or other public cloud technologies.
  • Node.js, NPM, React: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Node.js, NPM, and React.
  • Agile/Scrum: At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • API and Service Orchestration: Minimum of 1 year of experience in API and service orchestration.
  • Microservice Development: At least 2 years of experience in developing microservices.
  • Unit Testing Frameworks: Minimum of 2 years of experience with unit testing frameworks.
  • CI/CD: At least 2 years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Web Application Support and Troubleshooting: At least 1 year of experience in supporting and troubleshooting web applications.
  • Java: Minimum of 2 years of experience with Java development.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • UX Development: 1 year of experience in User Experience (UX) development.
  • Backend Database Experience: 1 year of experience with backend database management and development.

Primary Skill:

  • Java: 1-3 years of experience in Java, with a primary focus on development and integration.

Secondary Skill:

  • Developer Software Engineer: 1-3 years of experience as a software engineer or developer, with expertise in developing and maintaining software solutions.

Language Proficiency:

  • English Spoken: Fluent
  • English Written: Intermediate to Fluent

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
