What you’ll do?

• Assisting in defining, developing, and implementing the OTC strategic roadmap and the release of product features.
• Identify/co-ordinate customer needs, gather requirements from stakeholders and provide guidance on business processes to the development team.
• As a Scrum Product Owner, you must be familiar in creating user stories, own, and prioritize the backlogs and translate business needs into technical requirements for the scrum team.
• Drive in managing the scrum team and sprint planning/execution working closely with Business stakeholders, scrum master & development team.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding the product roadmap, timelines, status, and impediments if any.
• Prioritize the user stories according to business values and create the backlog items for feature enhancement.
• Working closely with other scrum team/product owner to ensure consistency and quality in deployment.
• Ensure Backlog prioritization is aligned with stakeholder’s roadmap and strategies.
• You will be the primary point of contact for business stakeholder’s on O2I enhancements respective to your product developments.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify enhancements that will improve efficiency output and the user experience for users.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong functional understanding on SAP Order to Invoicing processes and good understanding of Agile application development lifecycle.
• Strong Experience in SAP ABAP technical expertise includes knowledge on integrations with different systems & interfaces.
• Good Experience in understanding the business requirements and ability to translate into user stories/product backlogs with defined functional & technical scope along with acceptance criteria.
• As a Product Owner, leading the scrum team, responsible for delivery of proposed feature to the client team in a precise and timely manner.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog items for assigned products. Review and validate the developed feature & functionality and demonstrate it to the client team.
• Guide and educate the development team with all necessary technical/functional inputs.
• Required strong program management, collaborative and business communication skills to work on projects with cross teams.
• Ability to effectively communicate/interact with business team to understand business problems and advise the right solutions & best practices.
• Develop and prepare business presentations, functional demonstrations and periodical status reports as required by project stakeholders.
• Nice to Have:
• Professional Certification as Agile/Scrum Product Owner (PMPO)
