IMC’s Amsterdam-based Recruitment Team is focused on hiring top tech talent from all over the globe. As our Talent Sourcer you will be a true partner to our recruiters and hiring managers and an integral part of growing our business. You will own our sourcing and talent pooling strategies. Your sourcing skills enable you to consistently source strong candidates for hard to fill positions.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to determine the requirements for a range of Technology roles (Software Engineers and Infrastructure Engineers) as well as Business Support roles for a variety of teams such as Risk Management, Mid-Office and Legal.
• Craft and send recruitment messages and emails
• Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
• Conduct screening calls with potential candidates
• Create talent pipelines for current and future hires
• Manage and nurture the talent pipelines
• Measure and record conversion rates
• Market mapping

Your Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a talent sourcer or agency recruiter. Experience as a technical sourcer is preferred.
• Experienced and skilled in a range of online sourcing techniques
• Experienced at sourcing for technology roles such as Software Engineers and Infrastructure Engineers, preferably at companies where technology is a core business driver
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
• Ability to conduct thorough screening calls
• Excellent communication skills
