About the Role

A marketing superstar and an operations whizz, you will be the backbone of the APAC regional marketing team. Owning the marketing mix & strategy for South Asia, you will help build a marketing mix across multiple channels – events, webinars, social media, email campaigns etc.  You will manage operations to ensure efficiency and agreed commercial results are delivered. Working closely with global stakeholders (portfolio, digital teams) as well as local sales leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to learn to use marketing/CRM/social media platforms and tools to deliver campaigns.
  • Learning to brief various agencies on digital & design projects to support regional marketing team campaigns, learning to write and optimize copy for regional marketing campaigns.
  • Providing assistance in terms of logistics for events, handle the logistics of third party conferences and internally hosted briefings, ensuring all events are executed seamlessly
  • Acting as liaison to coordinate and communicate with external event organizers, suppliers, and logistics companies.
  • Ensuring our brand is represented professionally, arranging for branded banners, marketing materials, brochures, etc.
  • Managing all invoicing, purchasing, contracts and budget tracking for the assigned portfolios.
  • Managing APAC regional marketing database repository. The key metric will be data acquisition based on key target personas and existing database cleansing for the assigned portfolios.
  • Understand the needs of buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria and use cases in each country.
  • Measuring and analyzing impact of marketing programs on sales and brand. Produce data driven insights, reports, and campaign dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals
  • 7-10 years of marketing profile handling regional marketing and operational elements.
  • Degree subjects such as marketing, business or statistics will be advantageous.
  • Prior experience or industry understanding of the payments or services domain will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills. Bi-lingual language experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong marketing and communication skills. Self Starter and tech savvy.
  • Business focused and able to maintain strong working relationships with sales and across the business.
  • Energetic, creative, collaborative, flexible, positive, unflappable, passionate and inquisitive.
