Advisors Client Services is the consulting arm of Mastercard Data and Services. We combine professional problem-solving skills with deep segment and functional expertise to address the challenges and opportunities of our clients. While specializing in the payments industry, we also work closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.
The Advisors Client Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include Strategy and Transformation, Performance Analytics, Marketing Services, Business Experimentation, and Specialised Programme Delivery Tracks.
We’re looking for an individual with a growth mindset to join an established, yet evolving, central working team. This role’s primary responsibility will be in coordinating activities that enable and strengthen the global D&S Practices. D&S Practices are commercially-oriented, cross-functional teams, which create centers of expertise, thought leadership, knowledge management, and training for each business solutions and customer segments served by our suite of products.
Role:
• Executes on the annual Practice calendar including objective reporting, facilitating internal surveys, and registration
• Conducts analysis of Practice effectiveness, including adoption of key approaches & systems, activities conducted, and engagement data from both Practice leaders and registrants
• Creates materials for Steering Committee meetings, Internal blog posts, Practice lead meetings, and other channels to showcase outcomes and commercial impact created
• Hosts best practice sharing sessions for defined Practice team roles for foundational enablement and to cross-pollinate effective approaches
• Provides support to Practice leads, particularly on systems, logistics, and best practice suggestions from other teams.
• Consolidates Practice communications and maintains a central calendar; ensures consistency in approaches and usage of knowledge management systems
• Prompts recognition activities particularly during performance management and career review periods
• Proactively hosts onboarding sessions for new global and regional leads
• Monitors adoption tracking and feedback collection for supporting dashboards and content libraries.
• Propose and ideate ways of improving the centralized activities or structure that enable Practices today to bring greater success to the business and our customers.

• Strong sense of ownership with attention to detail and focus on data integrity and compliance
• Enjoys structuring problems and creating insights from disparate data sets
• Experience in evaluating and streamlining business processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then making it happen
• Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills; able to tailor information for audiences at different levels of seniority and within different functions
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skillset and experience in organizing data to extract insights
• Bring a client-centric mindset and able to empathize with various audiences
