Title and Summary

Manager, Products and Solutions (18 months maternity cover)

Overview
• Grows revenue by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new or existing customers for deployment of emerging payment methods and development of new business verticals
• Focuses on growing market share, market acceptance, the number of customer touch points, and Mastercard’s country footprint
• Sets sales strategy aligned with regional and country strategy
• Responsible for pipeline management at the segment level

The Role

Lead new business development with non-traditional customers
• Provide subject matter expertise on core products and solutions and identifies product innovation opportunities
• Develop and execute core products strategy for Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria • Develop and implement value added services to differentiate products offer and diversify revenue streams
• Support Country Managers and AMs in RFP processes and lead with services strategy execution
• Bring the voice of the market back to the implementation team to ensure customer relationship needs are met
• Provide support to AMs in core solutions area including conducting customer workshops regarding new product ideation & development, market updates and product trends, lifecycle management best practices and other customer facing initiatives

All About You

• Bachelor's Degree Education
• Strong background in sales / innovative technologies/ consultancy
• Knowledge of financial services sector and card payment industry
• Fluent knowledge (both written and spoken) of Hungarian and English languages
• Ability to integrate various disciplines (planning finance, sales, marketing, technology) and function in an unstructured environment with minimum day to day supervision
• Good ability to build relationships and network with relevant groups (banks, suppliers, third parties)
• Strong communication and team-work skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Strong self-starter and motivator
