Overview
The Engines engineering team within Services is looking for a senior Quality Engineer to ensure high-quality deployments of our Recommendations products. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and flexible.

Role
In this technical position, you will:
• Engage in the full lifecycle of software development, while being responsible for quality throughout the process
• Build knowledge of integrations within and beyond the development team
• Own testing processes, quality infrastructure, and integration tests
• Support CI/CD processes
• Work to build connections with BizOps for handoff
• Support a set of new products within the Engines program, in the Services organization

All About You
The great candidate for this position should:
• Look at everything through the eyes of the customer to ensure high usability
• Be competent at designing and developing tests as an integral part of development covering functional and non-functional testing, including regression, persona and journeys, performance, operational (aka chaos), and customer acceptance.
• Contribute to discussions on systems thinking, engineering principles, and enterprise patterns to design resilient and scalable systems
• Have a working knowledge of PCF, and be open to learning in other environments
• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems

Additional skills could include:
• Has the ability to understand and automate continuous integration, delivery, and deployments using enterprise standard DevOps toolchain to remove friction in software flow and achieve quality and efficiencies.
• Support service owners on an ongoing basis to make continuous improvements by mining production insights and ensuring a high availability (>99.5%) and resiliency
