				<p>As a senior consultant, the role involves:</p>

<li>Working with business users and operational teams to understand root cause problems</li>
<li>Ability to use data to illustrate waste or breakdowns in process</li>
<li>Process mapping and evaluation of process improvements</li>
<li>Requirements identification and prioritisation</li>
<li>Ability to work with users to prove concepts and pilot new processes</li>
<li>Ability to work with users to mobilise new technology</li>
<li>Creation of user documentation</li>
<li>Workshop facilitation</li>
<li>Customer Service and impeccable customer interactions</li>
<li>Leadership in terms of building Pathfinder brand and reputation</li>
<li>Personal Growth and Development (both personal and team development)</li>
