Job description

We are looking for a profile capable of understanding the (often complex) problems of large companies and of being creative and a significant contributor to the solutions we propose in order to create or improve, in an innovative way, strategies, products, services or internal processes. We are looking for someone curious, resourceful, and enthusiastic, who is ready to work with our clients and multidisciplinary experts from our other business units to produce desirable and effective solutions that meet the needs and constraints of the project. We are fully aware that UI and UX are not the same discipline. We are not looking for advanced expertise in both disciplines. We are mainly looking for an interface designer who masters the techniques of the trade while being able to demonstrate interest, understanding and use of the basic methods of empathy and human-centered design. Your mission with existing customers and new customers will be to:

• Understand client expectations and be proactive in offering solutions
• Analyze data of various kinds (qualitative, quantitative, observations, etc.) to bring out insights and a deeper knowledge of users and their needs
• Contribute to the creation of personas and journeys to communicate user needs, motivations, and pain points, as well as the opportunities in improving the user experience
• Collaborate with clients to obtain the information needed to design interfaces that correspond to their business needs and respect their technical constraints
• Translate solution concepts into prototypes that can be tested with users
• Be responsible for the design of user interfaces for applications or websites, define or create design systems, collaborate with other members of a creative team if necessary ( ux designers, copy writers, graphic artists), and work with a team of developers to ensure that the implemented product matches the approved designs
• Design, prepare and contribute to workshops and collaborative co-creation sessions. This includes the creation of support materials for virtual or face-to-face workshops, and the design of deliverables (prototypes and other artifacts) coming out of the workshops
• Conceive and design tailor-made tools, including physical or virtual games
• Manage the deadlines, the budget and the quality of the deliverables for which you are responsible. Ensure compliance with the terms and scope of the client engagement (allocated time, deliverables and deadlines)
• Participate in the continuous innovation process of Sia Partners, support the development new offers elaborated in working groups
