Fincog is a young, ambitious and innovative strategy consulting company that specializes in fintech. Founded in 2017, the company is growing fast and boasts a client base from across the globe.

What we do

We want to help our clients to capitalize fintech’s potential and create better services for their users. We support our clients, from inception to implementation, to develop, build and grow digital banks.

Who you will work with

As we are a strategy consulting firm specialized in Fintech, you will be helping a variety of leading incumbent banks, neo banks and fintechs from all over the world. Our clients are typically active in Retail Banking, SME Banking, Wealth Management and Payments.

What you will work on

You will work on various innovative and exciting projects. You will be part of a specialized, international team. You will help to understand the market and identify commercial opportunities; develop digital banking propositions; transform existing organizations and establish neo banks.

What you will do

You will be part of a team and will be mentored by a dedicated senior consultant. You will work independently on specific tasks and subjects. You will do research, gather insights through in-depth analyses and help to prepare client reports. You will help build the knowledge base around fintech as well as write and publish research reports. You will know what the latest developments are in the world of fintech, gain a lot of valuable knowledge and meet with key players in this field.

Who we are looking for

You are nearing the completion of your Bachelor or Master and have an outstanding academic record so far. You are excited about fintech and have strong analytical skills. You have some experience in slide writing, excel and research. You feel at home in a high paced environment and know how to meet tight deadlines. You are an open-minded creative thinker who knows how to communicate complex matters effectively. You set very high standards to your work and have a strong sense of ownership. You are assertive, like to share your ideas on topics at hand and are driven to help our clients achieve the best possible results.
