Capgemini publishes report on cybersecurity in financial services

Capgemini recently published a report – The currency of trust: Why banks and insurers must make customer data safer and more secure – detailing the findings of its global survey of 7,600 consumers and more than 180 senior-level data privacy and security professionals.

In a newly released report from Capgemini exploring cybersecurity and data privacy amongst banks and insurers, less than a third of surveyed organisations reported offering both strong data privacy services, and a sound security strategy. In fact, only one in five organisations reported being highly confident about their ability to detect a cybersecurity breach.
