Ikbenfrits.nl raises EUR 2 million in Series A funding from Finch Capital

The largest Dutch independent online mortgage advisor Ikbenfrits.nl has successfully secured EUR 2 million in Series A funding from Finch Capital (formerly known as Orange Growth Capital).

Holland FinTech member Ikbenfrits.nl started in 2015 with a plan to make mortgage advisory more efficient, with a focus on the Dutch residential mortgage market. The company combines personalised service with automation of mundane tasks, such as uploading and checking documents. This way they make finding and getting a mortgage faster and less costly for consumers, when compared to traditional mortgage advisories. Ikbenfrits.nl is happy with the deal, as Finch Capital’s financial investment, sector-specific knowledge and experience pave the way for further growth of the online mortgage advisor.

Finch Capital invests in innovative fintech companies from their offices in Amsterdam, London and Singapore. Finch Capital’s portfolio companies are aimed at providing solutions for challenges faced in the traditional financial services industry. Ikbenfrits.nl improves customer interaction and reduces costs for mortgage advisory, thereby connecting seamlessly to Finch Capital’s portfolio.

Previous investors in Ikbenfrits.nl are the company’s founders, who also contributed to this Series A round.
