Seedrs and Het Financieele Dagblad will be jointly organising PR Your Startup, a workshop dedicated to empowering startups to build relationships with journalists who can help create brand awareness among investors and customers. The event will cover the basics of PR including pitching strategies: how to reach out to the media with your brand, how to define interesting news-hooks that will get the interest of the press, tips on drafting an engaging press release and most importantly how to make contact with the right journalists.

The event will also feature seasoned journalist Job Woudt, the current Editor of Het Financieele Dagblad. He has 20 years of experience in journalism and routinely covers topics related to Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecom.

The Seedrs Campaigns Development Team will also be present at the event to answer questions from interested attendees about the feasibility of equity crowdfunding as a source of future capital.
