The core payment platform committed an Angular UI source code and a Postman collection to Github. These two open-source projects, according to CTO Pavlov Sidelov, give developers free tools to build interfaces for payments solutions, and make it easier for SDK.finance’s clients to customise and implement their own payments solutions.
SDK.finance made the announcement in a press release on Tuesday, 17 July 2018. One of the Czech company’s overarching goals is to make their solutions viable in the long-term and participating in Github is a means to this end. Sidelov notes that the platform is “the core pillar of open-source development” and is a key driver of innovation and growth.
The UI source code available on the platform is based in Angular and allows developers to build, test, and deploy UIs for the backend of payment solutions.
The Postman collection functions to aid non-UI developers with functionality and system components and uses APIs.
Pavolv adds that the projects allow developers to, “adapt, modify modules and components, add a new functionality, and customise everything in a View component of MVC (Model View Controller) software architecture based on an API-first approach”.
Pavlov also sites open-source as the leading trend in the future of software development.
