Loek!, a Dutch blockchain company building smart software solutions for national and international real estate markets, and Deloitte are coming together to find more efficient software solutions for the real estate industry.
In a press release, the companies write that, “there is an enormous need for the harmonization of all kinds of process in the real estate industry”, among them the letting process, contracting, monitoring and payment of maintenance and repairs, and services costs. Beside the need for harmonisation, companies are also searching out better ways to meet both internal compliance and external regulation demands.
Specifically, the parties are seeking to develop the next generation of smart collaboration software for the real estate industry. The solution will be able to view a building a single entity that can enter into digital contracts with tenants and suppliers, keep track of administration, and foster communication between all parties. It will also have data safety at its core.
In the partnership, Deloitte brings its experience in real estate, compliance, and processes, and will direct implementation of the software crafted by Loek! with its customers.
The press release also points out that “several national and international real estate investment managers have already expressed interest” in the solution.
