Belleron secures its place in Temenos’s platform

Temenos yesterday announced that the financial crime and terrorism solution pioneer Belleron is live on Temenos MarketPlace now. Belleron secured its place in the Temenos MarketPlace with its win at the Innovation Jam back in June 2018.

Belleron’s solution, CAPTURE®, has now been integrated with Temenos. This will enable Temenos customers to seamlessly and rapidly deploy the solution without any significant challenges around procurement and integration.

Bas Uildriks, COO at Belleron, shared: “The threat of financial crime grows exponentially and the issue of security is rising up the C-level agenda. But, it is the hardest to detect attacks that normally pose the greatest threat. Our solution, which uses bank meta-data and machine learning to avoid traditional thresholds and biases, is able to identify abnormal-abnormal behavior and can shut down the malicious part of the bank/channels fast, saving the bank’s reputation and millions of dollars. We’re excited to bring this solution to Temenos’ global customer base”.

Ben Robinson, Chief Strategy Officer at Temenos and Head of MarketPlace, commented that Innovation Jam’s aim is to help Temenos discover the best fintech solutions from around the world. ”What impressed our judges was the level of sophistication of the Belleron solution in addressing an urgent and mission critical threat to banks,” he continues, ”Belleron becomes the latest cutting-edge solution to be made available on Temenos MarketPlace, helping Temenos customers to capitalise on fintech innovation to stay ahead of their peers.”
Belleron was founded in 2012 and headquartered in Lelystad, specialising in security, compliance, AML, KYC, APT, and fraud. The company’s solution, CAPTURE®, is an unprecedented organised financial crime and terrorism executive-decision support and response system.
Headquartered in Geneva, Temenos is a world-leader in banking software, partnering with banks and other financial institutions to transform their business and stay ahead of a changing marketplace.
