Newgen Payments, a Netherlands-based payments, e-commerce, and fraud prevention solutions provider for financial institutions, retailers, and merchants, has integrated payments processor Worldpay. In March 2019 Worldpay was purchased by FIS for USD 35 billion. 

With the integration, Newgen will be able to process card transactions from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Newgen made the move with enhancing the payment experiences for merchants in North America in mind.

Newgen has been busy on the integration front this year, having already taken on PPRO, Wirecard, Secure Trading, Trustly, Paysafe, Creditsafe, Sepa Express, Checkout, Novelnet, and Interac.

Newgen was also named the Influencer of the Year at this year’s MPE Awards.
