French Competition Authority launches public consultation on the fintech sector

France’s Authorité de la concurrence has opened dialogue through a series of public consultations into the fintech landscape, with a clear focus on the payments market. With many services entering the market from different angles, some of which are not under the same level of supervision / relevant authority, a public consultation is a great way in which to test how the market is affected by these developments. Feedback is accepted until June 19th.
