Whitepaper – Finance deserves trust of the consumer (in Dutch)

A white paper by CRM partners, where 300 Dutch consumers have been interviewed on the level of trust they have in financial service providers. The study shows that 74% of Dutch people sometimes doubt the reliability of information on the internet about financial products. Not only are there doubts about the reliability of information, it is also difficult to find correct information. For example, 38 percent indicate that they have difficulty finding the right information about financial products via the internet.
