BDO Guest Blog: Dutch Innovation box Regulation

The legislative amendments for the innovation box scheme have been in effect since 2017. The main objective is and will continue to be: encouraging business innovation by offering tax incentives. With this in mind, we need to make the best possible and most efficient use of the new rules at an early stage. Which tools do you have to boost your business’s innovation drive?

Over the past years, there has been a clear increase in administrative requirements governing qualification for the innovation box under the amended legislation.
