- If you already use Hubspot: just sit back and relax
You won’t have to migrate your data – yet. The regulatory landscape in Europe keeps on changing, but that’s all covered over the American Hubspot Data Centres for now.
In 2022 EU-users can migrate their data to the European Data Centre. You’ll receive a heads-up as soon as the migration planning is ready – which will be somewhere in the next couple of months.
- If you start a new Hubspot account: you can also rest assured
Your data will be automatically stored in the European Data Centre of Hubspot. This might save you some explaining and checking. All your data issues are now covered automatically by European law.
