Want to know more about your FinTech opportunities in Germany?
Sign up for the FinTech trade mission from 6 to 8 February to Frankfurt, Germany!
The trip includes a visit to the Frankfurt Digital Finance Congress, professional networking events and company visits, where you can make connections and learn about trends, opportunities and innovations in and for the German FinTech sector. The German market offers many opportunities for the Dutch FinTech sector. For this reason, the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) is organising this trade mission together with NBSO Frankfurt & the Dutch Embassy in Berlin.
Many German companies, especially SMEs, are only at the beginning of their digital transformation process. This will lead to an increasing demand for FinTech solutions in the coming years. The German FinTech market is highly competitive, yet people in Germany are looking internationally for specific knowledge and skills. The Dutch FinTech ecosystem has the expertise to provide this knowledge and skill.
Especially in the B2B sector, Frankfurt’s high density of banks and its function as a continental European financial centre make it absolutely top notch.
For whom?
The mission is aimed at innovative Dutch companies with technologies, products or services in the field of FinTech. The trade mission is open to Dutch companies and organisations that:
- Are active in banking, finance or insurance;
- Offer technologies, products or services related to (online) payment systems;
- Want to explore the German market;
- Do business, or want to do business, in the German market;
- Looking for business partners in Germany and/or want to maintain existing contacts.
What does the mission offer?
During the trip, market opportunities for Dutch companies in Germany will become clear. The programme provides insight into developments in Germany in the field of FinTech. This trade mission brings Dutch and German parties closer together, both research institutions and businesses.
The visit to the Frankfurt Digital Finance conference offers the perfect opportunity to physically follow up contacts. In addition, a visit to Frankfurt Digital Finance contributes to the (consistent) visibility of the Dutch FinTech sector in Germany. We want to offer participating companies the opportunity to get a foot in the door with players relevant to them.
The second day of the Digital Finance conference is entirely focused on European FinTechs and we can suggest companies for pitches on the following four topics:
- ESG
- Generative AI
- Digital Assets
- Open Finance & Payment
