Onboarding is a crucial step in the whole employee journey. Especially for foreign employees due to Immigration/Registration/Housing challenges. To organise the whole process can be very time consuming for an HR organisation; and for the future employees and their families often a very frustrating process.

This is what we at The Relocation Company do and we see a trend that more and more organisations are looking to (partly) outsource this Employee Experience process to a local Destination Service Provider.
