14 Sep MijnKassabon launches crowdfunding campaign
Two weeks after launching their app which digitizes the receipts, MijnKassabon has launched its crowdfunding campaign. MijnKassabon launched their app on iOS app store and Google Play on 31st August 2016 and within the first four days of release the app had 1000+ downloads. The app has an average of 175 downloads per day and the number is growing every day.
MijnKassabon launched its crowdfunding campaign on 12th September 2016 on Symbid. The digital receipt concept is still hard to find in The Netherlands. Investors are very excited about the concept and 5 days before the launch of the campaign one of the investors invested EUR 10000. The funds will be used to develop mobile and web applications.
The app is simple to use and organizes all the receipts. After every transaction, the user receives a message on the smartphone with the digital receipt. The app stores the receipt for the user on the smartphone and provides insights to the retailers into the buying behavior of their customer. The app uses a custom built Artificial Intelligence marketing engine named Xerebro to analyze the purchasing behavior of consumer. The merchants can offer personalized promotions. A fee is charged to the retailer for the same and can be a percentage of the product or a pre-agreed amount.
The team also aims to provide a handy tool which can be used to manage household expenses. The expenses will be updated after each transaction every day. The app will also prove very beneficial for single entrepreneurs. After every purchase the books will be automatically updated.
The main goal of the FinTech firm is to analyze the buying behavior of the consumer. For the same purpose, the firm has already divided the developments in phases and has a clear roadmap.
