On April 12th, Holland FinTech, Money 20/20, La Place – The Fintech meeting point and Plug & Play are holding the latest incarnation of the roadshow programme in Paris. The roadshow programme is a series of events leading up to Money20/20 Europe on June 4th in Amsterdam. The Paris event brings together Dutch and French companies, including start-ups, focusing on corporate innovation and start-up perspectives on how start-ups can better work with corporates.
The upcoming roadshow in Paris sees a group of Dutch delegates visit Paris to get a feel for the local ecosystem, and what opportunities it could bring for both Dutch and French fintechs and corporates. As such, the event will include investors, fintech experts, and corporates invested in the fintech space.
The core of the event is split into two parts: corporate perspectives on innovation and start-up perspectives on working with corporates. Corporate perspectives are tackled via a moderated panel discussion titled “The role of the corporate innovator: how institutions are benefitting from the start-up revolution”, featuring leaders from Capgemini, Generali, Pole Finance, BNP Paribas and ALM-Treasury. After the panel, start-ups take the floor and make pitches regarding how they can more effectively work with corporates. Here, start-ups DreamQuark, OneUp, Paytweak, Yogosha, Duco, and AdviceRobo will make pitches.
Previous stops on the roadshow have been Zurich and London. The next stop will be Frankfurt on May 15th.
