Banking Circle Nominated for Fintech Power 50

Banking Circle, a B2B payments organisation, made the list created by FinTech Finance. The list highlights the most noteworthy and influential organisations in fintech. In October, the now 400-company strong list will be widdled down to 50 companies through a public vote and partner decision-making process.
Anders la Cour, CEO of banking Circle, said the nomination was “exciting” for the organisation, and that because of the outfit’s already successful year, they expect to make the final cut in October. “Being named as one of the most influential and noteworthy businesses in the Fintech industry would be extremely valuable to Banking Circle,” he said.
Banking Circle has won many awards this year, including the Best Alternative Payment Solution at the Merchant Payments Ecosystem Awards and the Best B2B Payments Company category at the FinTech Breakthrough Awards.
Recently, Banking Circle was acquired by EQT, a move that is set to be completed sometime in the fourth quarter of 2018.
